We take great pride in our mechanical reliability. Our equipment is serviced within manufacturers specifications. We maintain a service and repair register that enables us to ensure our equipment is serviced on time, every time.
We also track critical items such as pressure vessel certification, relief valve certification, fire suppression and all steel ropes used on the rigs are changed every 12-monthly double shift. Equipment is also MGB 15 compliant.
We have a fully-equipped maintenance workshop and keep a large inventory of operation-critical spare parts, including fabrication equipment at our 5-acre Jamestown depot.
Additionally, we have a well-stocked mobile workshop to deal with mechanical issues if they occur out in the field. We’re able to carry out repairs promptly, thus minimising downtime.
